Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays.

We currently offer Standard Shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and other circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your package until it is delivered.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Address changes can only be requested within 2 hours of placing an order. Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
